Our 16th annual Holiday show is almost upon us! The Holly Tree is so happy to be back at the Boy Scout Hall in Tacoma! We've been working hard these past few weeks to make this a great show. Lots of new things and new vendors that we are excited to share with all of our loyal customers. We can't wait to see all of you!

November Recipe of the Month
HARVEST FRUIT PIE
4 medium Granny Smith apples
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Mix filling and put in a double pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
ENJOY!

Holly Tree's Monthly Recipe!
Each month, the members of Holly Tree Boutique meet and share a dish with each other. We have compiled our recipes into a cookbook that we have sold over the past few years. Now, each month we will feature a recipe out of that cookbook. Check back to see what's new!
CREAMY PASTA BAKE
1 jar (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg (16 oz) favorite pasta (macaroni or rotini work best)
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinich, thawed and drained
1 spicy keilbasa sausage - cut small
or
1 lb cooked-drained ground beef
Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 25 minutes!

Happy Spring to all our Loyal Customers!
All of the Holly Tree members wish to thank you for all your support over the years. We appreciate each one of you. The Holly Tree members are already hard at work looking for new great things to bring to our 2010 show. We are pleased to announce that we will be adding some antiques and collectibles to our handcrafted items this year!
We are also very excited to announce that we are returning to THE BOY SCOUT HALL for 2010!! With some negotiations, with the Boy Scouts, we were able to secure our favorite location for our show this year.
