WE'RE BACK!

The Holly Tree Boutique is heading "home!" Or at least it feels that way.

For the past 5 years, we have thoroughly enjoyed the location and hospitality of the Boy Scout Building and its staff in Tacoma. It was with a lot of sadness that we found ourselves having to say good-bye this year. Newly discovered policy circumstances no longer made it possible for us to continue our boutique there, so we found ourselves looking for another venue.

We are pleased to share with you now, that we will be returning to our previous location... one that we hated having to leave back in 2003.. PT. DEFIANCE PARK!! We would loved to return to the original building we once had, which was the Historical Lodge, but strongly felt that upstairs was becoming a bit prohibitive to not only some of our customers, but us boutique ladies as well. Running up and down for set-up was becoming a bit challenging even back in 2003!

So, we are moving to the Pagoda Building, which is located right by the Historical Lodge and which is much more accessible for everyone. It's a beautiful facility, nestled in the beautiful park, and we are beyond excited about going back there. It feels like a "homecoming" to all of us in the boutique and we are hoping it feels the same to all our wonderfully loyal customers.

Holly Tree Boutique History

Welcome to the blog of the Holly Tree Boutique!

With a membership of four crafters and their enlisted family members, the first Holly Tree Boutique took place in November of 1994. It was held at the historical Masonic Hall located in the little city of Steilacom, WA. Invitations were sent out to all our friends and family, and handed out to residents of Steilacoom. It proved to be very successful with everyone who attended requesting to be on the mailing list for the following year.

The following year, more members were added to our group. We also moved our Boutique to the Hsitorical Lodge located at Pt. Defiance Park in Tacoma, WA. With several successful shows at that location, a few years later we again moved to the Boy Scout Hall in Tacoma, WA and have called that our home ever since.

Even if our membership should vary, one thing always remains constant ~ The Holly Tree Boutique's solemn commitment to high artistic and crafting quality and standards!
